The Human Safety Project is a subsidairy of the SCP Foundation created on October 10th of 2007. The goal is to capture the creatures that the SCP can't find. These are the files of the creatures.
Subject #1 (Found: April 29th, 2008) Grey Death was found near (REDACTED) Woods. It is a tall, grey figure with fangs that could destroy steel in a single bite. He keeps talking about this creature he calls Serenity.

Subject #2 (June 19th, 2008) The Constable's Gate was found in (REDACTED). From what we can tell, it swallows anyone who goes through the gate.

Subject #3 (August 19th, 2008) The Hand is a creature that was found near (REDACTED). It is a giant hand with brown fur with 2 tiny hands coming out of it.

Subject #4 (February 24th, 2009) Nave was found on the ruins of a ship called the S.S. (REDACTED). He is a living map that will direct its victims to it's lair, and will then promptly eat them

Subject #5 (May 21st, 2009) Multimatter is a being found near (REDACTED). It has 2 heads, each trying to kill each other to take over the body.

Journal: (August 13th, 2009) We are going on a mission to find the elusive Corrupted Souls. We have got some of our best devices to track these creatures. The journal will stay at the lab while we go to find it

Subject #6 (December 17th, 2009) We finally captured the Corrupted Souls at (REDACTED). The 2 souls of the being lived in harmony until Multimatter corrupted both souls. We have learned that it will try to kill anyone it sees
